Jonathan and Cori's friend from swissland, Michael Mueller, sends this flier regarding his sister's attempt at the 12 hour roller distance world record.  Yikes.  Its an adobe file.  We will update you all as to the results of this attempt.  Phew, I gotta sit down just thinking about that.  I can't do more then 45 minutes on one of those things.
JP got 12th at Kelly Cup and THIRD at Sommerville - the self proclaimed "fastest race in America."  That's purty good.  There is a decent write up with picutures over at Cyclingnews.com.  JP is in the all white kit of Battley Harley Davidson, his road team for the summer.  I also got some photos from John Safka of JP at Delaware.  I put them up on my blog, as it was alot faster/simpler at the time.  I will make another album here eventually.  Here is the link to them and John's site.
Got an update from Jonathan and Cori - they are into the summer racing season full tilt now.  Here is what they say:

Hello everyone!  I've been enjoying America the last month....training hard, visiting family and friends, going to Starbucks etc.  It's been fun!  This past weekend I traveled to Wilmington, DE for my first road race of the season.  It wasn't too bad!!  It's always interesting to start the road season because everyone else has been racing a few months but it was much less painful than I had anticipated.  It was a 45 mile criterium and I was able to race it.  That was important to me.  My place wasn't great but I was up at the front bumping and even went off the front of the peleton at the end just to see if I could.  So I'm happy...
Friday I fly with the whole family back to D.C. area.  I'll race Saturday (Kelly Cup), Sunday (a small road race in the area), Monday (Somerville), Wednesday (another crit near Somerville) and then the following Saturday (a road race in D.C.) and Sunday in the CSC Invitational.  A full schedule the next few weeks.  I'll report in to Jerry as much as possible.  Thanks to everyone that continues to send emails of support.  They're nice to have!!  See you at the races.
